C Rail Strut roll forming machine is also named amounting bracket support roll forming machine which is development from seismic bracket roll forming machine, its product is used to mount, brace, support, and connect lightweight structural loads in building construction. SIHUA strut channel roll forming machine is suitable to produce strut profile sizes 41*41, 41*51, 41*52, 41*72 by manually changing different cassette rollers. One size profile using one type cassette roller which can save the adjust rollers time and commission time, it is easy to operate by normal operator. The rail metal thickness is 12 gauge(2.6mm) or 14 gauge(1.9mm) (normally range 1.5-2.5mm). raw material could be Hot-rolled and cold rolled steel, Hot-dip galvanized sheet, Pre-Galvanized Steel, Mill(Plain/Black) Steel etc. And according to slot type, our machine could produce solid channel, slotted channel, half slotted channel, long slotted channel, punched channel, punched and slotted channel etc. Flow Chart: Hydraulic double head decoiler- Leveller- servo feeder-Press- Roll former-Flying shearing cutting system-Output table-automatic packing system (Optional).Company Information

We have reached and development to rail strut roll forming machine, the rail strut roll forming machine is more precision machine, rail strut profile need 0.5mm deep teeth, company logo and scale mark. The profile tolerance is 0.03mm, the levelness is 0.05mm/1000mm. Cutting position need been between 2 holes. We exported to France, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands Egypt Thailand etc. We have made European standard machine as well. The most popular size of strut channel profile is 40*21, 41*41, 41*52, and our roll forming machine could produce 3-5 sizes(eg: 41x21, 41x41, 41x62) in one machine (by manually change different cassette rollers).
